Whenever end user clicks on Live chat or Join Analyst Now option to join assistance session, he/she gets pop-up to run SupportBridge.exe file everytime.
Is there any way to avoid downloading of the exe file everytime?

It was in the past by installing the client locally.
need to find back if i have some archive on how to do somewhere.
There is a pre-installed agent that can be installed on end user machines.
