Clarity

Hi Friends,

I have an issue with audited functionality. As per Clarity, only when an audited field is updated, the values like new value, old value, changed by will be captured in the Audit Trail. But here, an OBS field is being audited in Projects, the issue is even when the value is not updated, the Audit Trail has this OBS field audited several times (to be exact -190 times). I checked if any processes are updating the OBS, in between the time stamp from Audit Trail  of the OBS field, but there were no processes as such.

It would be very helpful if you share your thoughts on this anomalous behavior of Audit.

Can you relate it to changes in OBS itself? I mean, do you see audit when there is change in OBS structure and not the association as such?

Hi Sridhar,

Like I said, there is no update made in the project yet the OBS field is being displayed in the audit against the OBS field. There weren't any changes in the associated OBS and its ancestors / descendants.
