  • 1.  custom tab only required for specific customer

    Hello,

    We've multi-tenancy service Desk environment. SD 12.9

    I've a custom tab on change order page and this tab has to visible only to a particular tenant.

    my question is here, how to make this tab is visible when the tenant name is filled in the change order page when the page is in edit mode?

    Best option depends on role configuration of the analyst that would have this tab visible. If you've defined permissions to your analysts to have access to more than one tenant, you will have to created a customized version of your htmpl file and to use a PDM_IF macro to make the tab visible depending on a specific field (tenant name for instance). For this to work, the record needs to be saved before . On the other hand, if your analysts have access to one specific tenant, you can create a group form and associate it to a specific tenant role.

    Thanks for this, I've figured out this by using PDM_IF on tenant name.
