I created a masking rule using Fast Data Masker. Is it possible to begin this masking process using the portal? 

If possible, how can I do that?

Hi Francis,

As far as I know, it is not possible to execute the masking job created in Fast Data Masker (FDM), from the TDM portal.

You should, however, be able to schedule the Windows batch file (.BAT) associated with the masking job, using the Windows task scheduler for instance, or invoke the batch file through other scripting languages.

This batch file is created when you run the masking job through the FDM UI. It is generally created in the same folder as your masking map file/options file.

Masking is currently not available in the TDM Portal.

I would suggest using the batch file method Sameer outlines above. You can also use FDM or Datamaker transformation maps with Subset.
