I would like to share my experience with integrations JasperReports and CA Service Desk Manager. When I tried this configuration
- OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard (64-bit)
- DB: Microsoft SQL Server 2012
- CA SDM: 14.1.03
- Java: JDK 1.8.0_111
- Aplication server: Tomcat 7.0.73
- CA BI: JasperReports 6.2.0
JasperReports couldn't connect to CA SDM. Other reports worked fine. The problem was in datasource. Configuration which has been described in Step 3.2 Configure CABI JasperReports® Server r6.2.0 for CA Service Management - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies D… returns "Connection Fail" with blank error window. Solution of this problem was change JDK 1.8.0_111 to 1.7.0_80. Now is everything ok.
