  • 1.  Display PA Interaction Request Forms within SDM

    We are developing a SDM solution using Process Automation for Workflows.

    PA allows the user to interact with it using Interaction Request Forms.

    Is it possible to display these forms in a window within Service Desk Manager?

      Good question!

     

        As far as I am aware there is nothing documented.

     

    Customizing I believe it's possible to embed using iframe.
