if so then what are the steps you have followed i have followed the below steps to connect but the catalog content and SD content is not showing. The app works when i connect to intranet

    1) we have publish a link with https://xyz.domain.com which redirect to uss server link http://ussserver:8686

but neither the catalog or sd shows up when the app is connected to internet

if you guys have any idea or you have face such scenario let me know

What error do you get on the app?

With in USS's settings on the left - datasources - service desk - there is a mobile app URL. That URL should also be Available to the mobile app for you to be able to see the SDM tiles.

    Hi Raju,

those url are http and not secure so we have published on internet with https and with different name when you browse to browser it is working .

in uss datasource i have provided the http links as https does not work.

    regards

Unfortunately the app works in that way. It only exposes the SDM tiles via USS - data sources - SDM mobile app ur (it's the SDM rest port).

Unless that URL is also available for the app to use, it won't be able to show the SDM content.

Per the design of the app, unfortunately there is no work around for exposing SDM rest API URL to the app.
