CA Service Management

  • 1.  AHD04402:Unable to connect to CA Service Desk Manager system

    On a Service Desk 14.1 after PDM PUBLISH with error, we get the following error in web interface:
    "AHD04402:Unable to connect to CA Service Desk Manager system"
    From our checking the correction of this problem should be available via a fix patch.
    Where can find this patch?

    I don't seem to be able to find the defect you are referring to, can you provide that information? 

     

    Are there any errors in the log after the recycle related to any invalid columns? 

     

    With these types of issues usually we'd need to clean up the site\ddict.sch and any updated files in the site\mods directory and the site\mods\majic\wsp.mods  and finally the wspcol or wsptbl columns that to remove any references to the problematic field,  and then recreating and publishing again. It's hard to know the exact situation you're running into here though.
