DX Application Performance Management

What metrics from cross-enterprise allows me to display in an dashboard an alarm that indicates that a transaction group is running or is stopped.
This condition is reflected in an Alerts from SYSVIEW or I must interpret some of the basic metrics for the transaction groups.

I Have a single CICS transaction by Transaction Group.
