Is anyone has created a Perl script or any other workaround to capture Network Configuration from Huawei devices 

Hi Syed,

The cisco pix family scripts we provide out of the box have served as very good templates for other devices (of course and most obviously other cisco devices). 

I have sent you an email with a few examples that can be used as a base and modified as needed.
