DX Unified Infrastructure Management

Hi Guys,

I have UIM8.1 and Nimsoft agent 7.80, CDM 5.72 (updating to 5.80) Cluster probe 3.41.

I have done changes in the threshold however it is still sending alert sometimes on the old threshold.

What could be the reason for this? Need suggestion to find the Root Cause.

What threshold values do you see when you open the cdm.cfg file on that specific robot?

Try clearing the niscache on that robot and see if you still have the same issue
