  • 1.  Not able to see Allocation by Period

    Hello All,
    when I enter into Detail section under Team tab user not able to see Allocation by Period data which is shown in the below screen shot. Is there any Access right which is enables us to see the Allocation by Period data.

    It also shows Alert message: The time periods requested do not exists. review the columns Time scale settings

    You are getting that message because the screen is setup to show yearly allocations and your system is not configured to show that - in fact I'm not sure that we can configure it that way ; its nothing to do with access rights, its system configuration.

     

    The message is telling you to adjust that view (Configure) in order to see data.

    These kinds of portlets are governed by the Internal time slices that are hidden from the UI (they're hidden because changing them can affect performance).

     

    The Internal time slices exist in 3 forms:

     

    • Daily
      • You will be able to see 28 days, starting 7 days in the past.
    • Weekly
      • You will be able to see 16 weeks, starting 2 weeks in the past.
    • Monthly
      • You will be able to see 36 months, starting 12 months in the past.
