  • 1.  CA PPM 15.1 New User Experience & SSO

We just upgraded our SSO enabled CA PPM from v14.3 On Demand to v15.1 OnDemand with the New User Experience interface but the the SSO authentication will not go to the New User Experience page (.../pm) by default.  We had to crreate a Site Link and a menu item to get users to the NUE.   The CA Support engineers can't seem to be able to resolve the issue so I would like to know if anybody else has a similar situation with an implemented resolution.

We just had a similar issue. We only had pm/* mapped in <clarity root>\redirector\conf\uriworkermap.properties file. We had to add ppm/rest/* mapping. We also had the REST API Access disabled in the NSA Application settings. The REST API Access has to be enabled. After making those changes SSO started working for us. Hope this helps.
