I´m looking for a way to create an account at the Unified Reporter. Someone know how to do this ?

Can you be more specific what you are trying to accomplish?

Have you review the admin guide for unified reported?

Yes, I read, my last resource was send a question to the community.

I created some specific reports and I want to give access to an account/user. I created a site for this account/user, I added the portlet Unified Reporter and I want the user see only the folder for his account.

There is no option to create an account and the accounts created using Accounts option didn´t appear as accounts on Unified Reporter.

By the way, my version is 8.4.7.

I want to control what the user is going to see on Unified Reporter as I can do for others portlets (SLA Reports, for example).

So once you create the account user and that user logs in to the UMP the first time it should create an user in the liferay tables and also in the jasperserver pro tables.

Once that user is created you can assign them roles and rights you want them to have access to in the jasperserver pro.

I believe the reason you are not seeing the user is that you have not logged into the ump once with that user name.

Try doing that and then check if the user exists in jasperserver as expected.

If not you may need to contact support about that.

You will need to test the different roles and rights you would want this user to have.

Maybe others here in the community can provide more direction on the setup of specific rights.

Hi guys. Solved!

I opened a case for support and got the help from Rubens Massini. It was a bug on my installation. I upgrade to 8.4.7 and it´s ok now. It´s supposed to work this way as default.
