  • 1.  Investment not visible to enter time

    Hello All,
    Project is not visible for a resource to enter time against it , here the project and resource are Open for time entry its Start and finish date is 28-06-2016 to  30-07-2020.

    Could you please drop reasons why the project is not visible.

    Hi Jaya, 

     

    Can you verify that the Track Mode is set to Clarity/PPM on the Project as well? 

     

    And, also check that the following are Open for Time Entry: 

     

    1. The Team record for the resource on this project.

    2. The Task and any of its parent tasks.

    The project track mode was set to "Other".

    That can happen if you change a project to a Program and then back to a project (check and uncheck the Program check box on settings). It could also come from a template if the project was created from a template.
