I have a services where the currency price/ rate are different  based on the country. Is there a way in catalog to choose  currencies like USD,INR,Euro for services

Want to know is it not possible to set without creating the business unit.cost and price (CA Service Catalog)

Setting/Defining the Business Units for this, is the way to accomplish this in the CA Service catalog environment.

Should you have and use a 'language dependent' SC-UI through the web browser, you might consider to make a copy of each offering and translate/set the 'price cq cost details' accordingly per language being used?

Although that would be a lot of administrative work and maintenance to do, right?

Thanks Louis, But My task is to accomplish this without Business unit. We have few services which need different price. So It would be great help if you can find option to do without creating business unit

For this kind of 'functionality', there is 'only' the BU setup as mentioned.

As I understand you want/need another approach too, I can then propose to open an Idea in the Community as such.
