I upgraded to CA Flowdock Enterprise. None of the Enterprise features are available after the upgrade. Of course, the billing feature where you have me pay more is active. Please enable them.
We have created a case for George to get his Enterprise features set up.
Thank you for upgrading to CA Flowdock Enterprise. I do see that your account has been updated. Have you logged out and back into CA Flowdock since the upgrade? Also, are you using the application or the browser version of Flowdock? Is there a specific feature you are looking for?

My browser is reset. I've tried logging in and out, clearing
cookies/cache. However I am redirected to the CA community forums to
enable features rather than using the UI.
For each feature in Enterprise, let's turn them on one by one.
I'd like to enable SSO. Per Screenshot I have to contact you.
I'd like to enable flow level admin.
For Remove integrations when their creator leaves, I'd like to enable this.
I'd like to enable the ability to export data from all Flows, not just some
of them. Most do not have any buttons.
Also I'd like to get the 1:1 chat exports as well.

I have the exact same issue. Here I am doing as instructed and 'visiting our community page if you wish to enable flow-level administration'. Can we please get this sorted ASAP! Support on this up to this point has been an absolute joke. Unless you have an Account or Site ID no one seems to be able to help you, this is despite us paying $192 per month for the service.Cheers,Gabe
Hello Gabe,see also the answer in your own post. I have enabled the Flow admins for you and also responded to you in the case.
