CSO is CA Support Online.  You can access it by going to http://support.ca.com and look for CA Application Performance Management in the product list.

We don't have trial versions of our software.

In the past when the EM software (APM 9.5 and lower) required a license file based upon a physical IP address, you could request a 30-day license from your CA Sales contact.

If you have a current 'in-force' maintenance agreement with CA, you can just download our software from CSO and run it without a license.

We're working on an online trial that should be available soon.  Please let us know if you're interested in participating in an upcoming beta cycle for that project.
