Hi All,

I am trying new feature adding task number to requests. I completed everything as per documentation. Now I can able to include task no as part of emails, VST search. 

Want to add more user friendly feature like once task is submitted want to display a confirmation page with task number.

Please provide your suggestions/ ideas how can I achieve this.

I am not aware of how you can acheive this or if it is even possible. While IM allows for custom JSPs to be used under the \iam_im.ear\user_console.war\app\confirmation_fragment and y\iam_im.ear\user_console.war\app\confirmation_page I don't believe you would be able to get the Task ID in order to display it.

What you are seeking does sound like it might be useful so perhaps you should create a new Idea within the online communities so that it can be voted on by other users and reviewed by Product Management so that the product might allow for the ability to display the value on the confirmation page as well as the other places.
