  • 1.  Can I audit the Administration->Resource->Status attribute?

    Hi,

    Is there any trick to audit the Status attribute from Administration-> Resource page? I would like to know who activate/lock/inactivate a user not a resource.

    The scenario:

    Audit Trail "Audited Attributes = Active" on the Resource object is on.

    1.You have active the resource (Home -> Resource Management -> Resources -> resource ->"Active" attribute = checked )

    You have inactive the user (Administration -> Resource -> resource -> "Status" attribute = Inactive )

    2. You activate the user (Administration -> Resource -> resource -> "Status" attribute = Active)

    3. I don't see the audited step 2.

    Thanks,

    Karel

    Hi Karel,

       Is this "Status" attribute a custom attribute on your Resource object?

    When I audit the "Active" attribute on the Resource object, I get the required info.

    The active for user and resource are different attributes.

    As far as I can see only attributes of the resource object can be audited and the attributes of the user cannot be audited.
