  • 1.  Service Desk Request workflow task - cancelled

    HI,

     

    We are using R14.1 #c2, and implemented workflow tasks for request management. The functionality looks different from Change, in change when the status set to Cancel all the workflow tasks will get cancelled automatically but in request we don't have this feature, the statuses are still in pending or wait.

     

    Is it a bug or per design. Did any one already have a solution.

    If you haven't opened a request with CA Support, I'd recommend to do so. It doesn't appear the fix was included in any published patch as of yet.
