CA Service Management

    Hi everyone,

When I'm trying to load a OOTB report for Service Management, I get the following error:

java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find bundle for base name ResourceBundle, locale pt_BR

The report is "Active Incidents", and it comes by default when integrating Jaspersoft with Service Management.

One strange thing, before loading the report, it asks for an input from the user:

Reports which don't require an user input loads without error.

Could anyone help on this issue?

    Thanks,

    Diogo

    Hi Paul,

can you supply an updated URL for TEC1246909, please?  I have a similar issue with Jaspersoft 7.1.1 integrating with SDM 17.2.05.

    Thanks and regards,

On second thoughts - I found TEC1246909 and it relates to Portuguese support in Chrome, which is not my environment :-).  I'll raise a separate post.
