Error when running the report

  • 1.  Error when running the report

    Hi guys,

     

    I have an issue when running a custom report. When I try running the report, I get   'User has invalid database credential' error. Is it anyway related database access? If yes, can you please provide some enlightment on how to fix it as I'm new to BO reporting.

    Can you run the report using Crystal report ?
