CA PPM application server Vs BO reporting server

  • 1.  CA PPM application server Vs BO reporting server

    Hi,

     

    I want to know about the CA PPM application server and BO reporting server. Do they reside at same server. With CA PPM v14, reporting is migrated to DWH server. But I wanted to know what's the case with earlier version and with CA PPM v14 which is still running BO reports.

    They are logically separate software installations / services ; so they can be located on separate physical (or virtual) servers, or on the same physical (or virtual) server - its entirely up to you (and the capacity of your servers).

    Till 14.3 you can run BO as well as Jaspersoft
