We are able to upload mar files into cvs , Any one facing the same issue?

It looks like mar file which you are trying to upload is not a proper monitor mar file format. Can you please tell us how you created this mar file. To deploy a test or test suite to CVS, we need to create a test/test suite as Monitor Mar file by right click on test/test suite and select either "Create a Monitor MAR Info file" and create mar file from that or "Deploy as Monitor to CVS"
