  • 1.  DevTest 10.0 portal Issue

    Hi,

     

    I have upgraded to DevTest 10.0 from 9.1 in my local machine. This is a local installation . I am seeing below error while opening Monitor -> Tests. Not  able to see the reports. What could be the issue.

     

    Error 404 - <html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=ISO-8859-1"/><title>Error 404 </title></head><body><h2>HTTP ERROR: 404</h2><p>Problem accessing /lisa-test-invoke/api/v1/tests/summaryreport. Reason:<pre> Not Found</pre></p><hr /><a href="http://eclipse.org/jetty">Powered by Jetty:// 9.3.z-SNAPSHOT</a><hr/></body></html>

    Please open a support case.  

     

    There have been a some new errors introduced with the DevTest 10.0.0 Portal that we have a fix for.  

     

    Please include the following in the support case:  

     

    Any 3rd party jar files you have copied to the DEVTEST_home\lib\shared folder.  

    The portal.log.

    After upgrade have you cleared the browser cache, cookies, etc?

    Yes, I have some 3rd party jars in lib/shared and also in hot deploy. Most of the 3rd party jars we are placing in hot deploy folder like DB jars and custom filter jars. Any criteria what should go to lib/shared and hotdeploy folders? The issue above mentioned is solved now. I had a conflict with my older version, Java_Home was set to older version.
