in my environment there are two CA Service Catalog servers (balanced by a network load balancer).
How is the best way suggested by CA to manage attachments? My question is about this potential issue:
- a user log in on server A and add an attachment to a ticket. File is stored on "%USM_HOME%/filestore/request" directory on server A
- user login again to catalog, but on server B: attachment cannot be downloaded and an error appears
