I am unable to send email to external ids (like yahoo, gmail etc) from Clarity. I have configured my mail server details correctly and I am able to send custom email, action item to internal users from Clarity.

I read  the thread https:/communities.ca.com/message/10046518 but of no help.

I reached to my network admin and we are able to send external email by using OUTLOOK and using same "default sender" which is configured in NSA so he says server details and sender address all fine.

Can someone help me in this regard ?

There is no filtering happens at PPM level, you may want to put a trace and see where you are getting error.

Another thing you can investigate is to replicate the issue and note the time and date for a user email address that is not receiving the email. Check the server logs to see if the emails are received but not sent out to the end user for some reason.
