CA Service Management

I have created a validation rule which is a Yes/NO drown down list and there is no default set. Is there a specific way to set the order of the values? My user would like Yes to always be the first selection in the drop down list but not the default value ... force them to have to choose a value?

I created this rule twice and both times the values show No as the first value in the dropdown list.

The values will always be in ascending sort order. You could make your values "1-Yes" and "2-No".
