Hi Simadri, those buttons are unfortunately disabled until you've logged in to support.ca.com, at the top right of the page. If you haven't yet registered, please do so at Register with CA Technologies - CA Technologies - make sure to have your Enterprise ID handy. You can get this from your Subscription Administrator or by calling 1-800-225-5224.
