  • 1.  Can HEAT text value be displayed in the standard interface?

    SDM 14.1.03, we do not have the server resources available for x-flow yet, but as we get ready to move from 12.6 to 14.1.03 in PROD, I do not want to disable heat/weather. I would rather have users get familiar with the new terminiology. Since it is shown in the Activity Log, can the heat value (Low, Med, High) be displayed as a text field in the standard interface?

    If we consider this as any custom column, an approach similar to this might help?  Hope this gives some ideas....

     

    cr.heat  ->   cr_heat_mapping.id

     

    cr_heat_mapping.heat_sym  shows the symbol of Heat  (Low/Medium/High)

     

    So, I suppose it is possible to expose it directly on the ticket details tab itself.
