Hello,

I am working on a JaspertSoft report and need to include the ETC hours ant ETC Cost values, I am using the DWH_INV_ASSIGN_SUMMARY_FACTS table but I have noticed that there are records where the ETC hours are not zero but the ETC Cost is zero.

I don´t know why this is happening, the problem is that I am reporting zero cost for the ETC hours in this cases.

I'd appreciate very much any clue

Is there a line in the Rate Matrix for the Assignment role?

Yes the resources assigned to the task are linked to a rate in the rate matrix
