  • 1.  Preparation for penetration testing

    Hello,

     

    We are currently trying to harden down our installation of CA Service Desk Manager 14.1 in preparation for Penetration Testing.  As I can't seem to find a "hardening guide" as such as anyone been burnt by anything in the past which is not fixed by any patches etc.

    I do not believe there is any guide for this procedure, but We have some documentation available.
