  • 1.  Language support for ITIL content

    Hi support,

     

    I'm implementing a 14.1 Service Management solution and as a best practice installed the ITIL content package for SDM. The documentation says It brings new html forms to use the changes in the db tables: Content Pack for ITIL CA Service Desk Manager - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies Documentation 

     

    The problem is that the language of the implementation is Spanish, but the ITIL forms are in English... there's no support for those html forms in other languages? I need to translate them manually?

    Hello,


    I had the same problem with brazilian portuguese. The answer from brazilian CA Support Team was "this package is supplied only in english". I don't need to say that we don't install it.
