Has anyone integrated service desk and footprints? Trying figure out a way for service desk to create tickets in footprints and vice versa.
There is several way to integrate between system with the most common one to be Web Service or email integration.
SDM support both so this mainly depend on the capabilities available from footprints (don't know what this is at all first time I hear that name)
Looking into the CA green book may give you some guidance there
