CA UIM UMP console URL not opening and throwing HTTP error 404.
Where can be the issue.
What version and what url are you using?
set the wasp loglevel to 3 and logsize to 35000
restart the wasp robot
check the wasp.log and protal.log for errors
need more to go on
this could be a port conflict
problem connecting to the database.

I recommend using the 'Find It' feature on CA Support Online - look on the left side of the page.
Search something like 'ump 404' and then filter on the UIM product.
You should be able to see a ton of relevant articles and documentation.
