We installed the AWS probe, but all machine names displayed in UMP are the instance names, i.e. ip-***-***-***-***.customer.com, is it possible to tell UIM to use the computername as the name instead, as it does display in the device details tab.

 Which version of aws probe are using and what is version of UIM? Are you seeing instance ID in dashboards?

Its showing the instance name in USM, this means nothing to the customer as they want to see the computer name, instead of trying to find it in the details tab

I am using UIM 8.4.7 with aws 5.00 version it works perfectly for me ,Do u have tag names updated in aws cloud watch?

Thanks, I'm using Tag Names, the correct names are showing in the AWS Admin Configuration under EC2, but in USM is showing instance names ip-***-***-*** ... etc
