Unable to copy category (Administration->Service Desk->Change Orders-> Categories-> Catory name-> Right click and copy)

Below are the log

Checked freeaccess.spl file seems encoded data in the file.

Please suggest me how I can resolve the issue.

I suggest you log a Support Case to investigate this. Support would then give you trace commands to help get to the bottom on this.

Does this happen to all Categories or just some?

If just some, do these categories have any special characters in them or leading spaces?
