The short and easy answer is to stop the robot watcher service on the primary, UMP, and cabi servers .

If you need to continue to get alarms you would need to do something such as

    -disable the nis_bridge in nas

    -deactivate the following probes

    trellis

    udm_manager

    discovery_server

    data_engine

    qos_processor

    wasp

    maintenance_mode

    MCS

    Hope this helps

    hio,

No you do not need to stop all robots.

Just the robot service on the primary UIM server, the UMP server and the CABI servers.

These are  the only machines that make a direct connection to the database to make updates to it.

    You may not have one.

in UIIM 8.47 we introduced CABI ( CA Business Intelligence) reporting to replace UR>

if you have not intentionally installed CABI it will not be there by default and you do not need to worry about it.
