  • 1.  PPM On Demand Portlet usage

We have dashboards setup that have portlets in them. The PPM team has asked me to determine who is executing the various portlets.

I understand that I can use the app-access logs, but from what I can see, I can only see when a dashboard (that houses the portlets) has been executed, and I can't tell by whom.

Does anyone out there have a way to determine this?

    Thanks!  - Joanne

I think that the app-access log contains the session id ; so you can x-ref that with the app-ca log or perhaps the database table (cmn_sessions) before the data gets cleared from there.

Not a good answer though I'm afraid.

Perhaps this post by Aurora_GaimonCA PPM: Graph Performance Portlets with LOG_DETAILS can give you some ideas?

I did see that post, but I am not sure how I would accomplish it in an on demand environment.

    Hi

I have another portlet / query to know who has accessed to what portlet/page and when and what's been done.

That can be easily achieved by using LOG_DETAILS, LOG_SESSIONS, CMN_SEC_USERS.
