Chat support is now available for CA Agile Central!

Starting Monday, February 13, chat support is now available for CA Agile Central! Technical Support Chat is routed directly to Support Engineers.

 

Hours: 8am - 6pm US Eastern.

 

Chat is great when you have a quick question for CA Support, and not so great when it's a larger issue. If it meets that "quick question/issue" criteria, then feel free to initiate a chat session! Otherwise feel free to submit a support case

STEP 1

Login to support.ca.com and click into Case Management

 

STEP 2

Select your product - the Chat Icon will appear when a Support Engineer is available (M-F, 10am-7pm Eastern)

 

If you have issues selecting products, check your Site ID and Entitlement with Customer Care.
