  • 1.  The process does not go beyond the start step.

    Hello,
    I have created a process for sending emails with ideas and initiatives information.
    I have not assigned any object to this process, it is a process that is launched on request. I'm testing and launching it from a job to check the sending and format of the email but the process does not progress and stays in the start step. You only have 3 steps (Start, Run Script and Finish). But the process does not go beyond the start step. It does not even enter the Script. Any ideas?

    mmmm..is PE working ok? Try to restart BG service.

    Aurora_Gaimon  do not have permissions to restart the BG service.

    Create a dummy process (from start to finish) which does nothing. Start process ondemand manually.

    If it does not progress either.. you have an issue with PE.. and you will have to restart BG

    Solved. I have made a new version of the process exactly the same and it does work. There are goblins inside the app. Jejej
