  • 1.  HUB is not starting

    Hi All,

     

     One of my HUB is not working suddenly,the nimsoft service is running fine but the hub service is not coming automatically,If i run the hub ,controller ,spooller exe manually it is running .Anyone have this is issue ?

    Usually this happens when some one does a robot install to the same machine.

    This can usually be seen by having two robot installations and the robot watcher service is pointing to the wrong one.

     

    If this is windows you can find the correct path and update the registry to correct.

    Or just uninstall clear the current directories and install again.

    There is no robot installed , I done restoration of old hub and robot files but it didn't helped .Finally reinstallation helped me to fix the issue.

    Please confirm OS level IP Address binding or port health because HUB do not start or terminate when there is an issue with NIC/IP Address.
