  • 1.  Getting error message while installing UR

    Hello,

     

    I am trying to install UR on server and getting this error message.

     

    The schema/catalog you selected already has jasperserver and/or quartz tables defined. This schema/catalog must be cleaned before it can be populated.

    Any idea why i am getting this error message?

    Prabably because UR was installed before.

    If you go to your Db server, you will probably find a db: "unifiedreporter"

    You can now:

    - enter another db name (like unifiedreporter1

    - delete the existing db unifiedreporter (if you are sure that nobody did save customized reports in it)
