  • 1.  Robot Inactive root cause finding

    Hi All,

     

    Every weekend we are getting Robot Inactive alerts which are closed by monday morning.

     

    My question is how do we could find the root cause of robot inactive two days back?

     

    Will there be uninterrupted performance data (in UMP) if robot was not able to establish connection (with HUB) for few minutes?

     

    Can we check something in event log of server to find the root cause of alert?

     

    Any other way to find the root cause of communication issue?
