  • 1.  why does my default workspace not change when have edited profile

    I changed my default view workspace in my settings but it is still loading an old workspace. Do I have to clear my cache or is there something else I need to do , to get it to show the correct default workspace

    Hello Claire,

     

    We usually see this when a bookmark is used to access CA Agile Central.  Please ensure your bookmark URL only contains "https://rally1.rallydev.com/".  Most likely there is further information in the bookmark URL which takes you to the old Workspace/Project.

     

    It should also be noted that this setting is for initial login to CA Agile Central.  Some more information about the settings available in your Profile is available here,  Set Up Your Profile | CA Agile Central Help .
