    This is the community for the CA Server Automation product. Based on the screenshot you attached (thanks!) it looks like you need the CA Client Automation Community so I am moving this discussion there.

    Can you confirm you have installed the RC components? 

    What does the command "dsmver" show?

    I was wondering if the document TEC1815978 Jean-Yves worked for to correct the remote control folder not displaying in DSm Explorer ?

    Hi,

    Digit in run  >>> dsmver... list all product installed.

    verify  - Explorer - remote control

     

    exemple..
