  • 1.  Analysis Notebook with no suggestions for failure

    Posted Feb 22, 2017 02:29 PM

    Hi Guys.

Any of you have faced this situation? Team Center Experience View is showing an application with 11 failures but the Analysis Notebook panel "Problems & Anomalies" does not show a thing.

    Any cue on that?

    APM 10.5.1.6

    DotNet Agent 10.5.0.22

    Regards.

    Hi Hallet,

Thanks for the tecdoc. I created a new Universe and included under Experience Card the Business Transaction, Business Service and agents with transaction path, but the scenario is the same. Am I missing something?

    Thank you.

What do you see in Live mode?

    Hallett,

In live mode there is no problems or anomalies by now.

    The behavior is the same.

On Universe or Experience card should I configure something else?

    Thank you.

    Dear Alexandre:

Please check the following. Failing that please open a case

    1) check in your browser's developer tools for any failed network requests. It might help point to a cause.

    2) check the EM log for any errors related to retrieving the evidence from the APM Database.

    3) See what happens if you click View In Map (top right)? Does your regular Map view have relationships populating?

    4) check the IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log and IntroscopeWebView.log, non APM DB related error information. Is there error information in IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log during notebook access?

    Thanks

    Hal German
