I'm working with CA SDM version 12.9, and we've set up an analyst role, but when you create a ticket, it displays the following message.
Attachment blocked
We validate all the permissions of rol in the tab of "Function acces". Passing all modified and revising the web forms, but the message persists.
Can you help me, what do I need to configure?
