which probe need to be deploy and configure so that i can able to see monitoring and metrics of snmp discovered devices.?? Rightnow im not able to see anything in monitorng tab and in metrics tab.

You can use the snmpcollector probe.
Once QOS data is enabled you will see data in the Metrics tab. The "Monitoring" tab is not a data visualization tab, but it's where you enable Monitoring Configuration Service
